Info QSL Bureau PDF Stampa E-mail

The QSL Bureau is a service developed by IARU that allows the most representative Radio Association in the territory to send Post-cards, between hams, to certify a QSO, especially a DX.

Different Radioamateurs, deifferent CARDS! Yes, there is not a lonely graphic, but the image in the postcards is free to choos, you can put a photo of your station, a personal photgraph, the image the place you live (like my QSL, i have the coast of Palermo), the only thing taht is equal is the back side, where you have to put a sheet that reports the QRA linked, time (UTC), date, MODE (ssb, fm....) the frequency, and some little notes, like the antenna the type of radio, and something like this.

To have this particular post cards there are a lot of agencies that, with an ammount of 100 euros could print at least 1000 cards.

The normal price to send ONE card is 60 euro/cent, that in first analisysm could be a low price, but think about to send 1000 cards (like in a contest), the price is 600 euros!! The QSL Bureau system, with some particular approaches, let you send infinite cards, by your QSL Manager, with an ammount of 25-30 euros for a year!!!

The particularity of ERA is that, even if we are not the NATIONAL (Italy) most representative association (like ARI), for the fact that we are an EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION, the IARU let us to use the service!!! This result thanks to our president Marcello Vella IT9LND.
